I recently received the coat I ordered, after communicating via email and telephone, as to exactly what I wanted. I certainly was not disappointed - the coat, a beige full length shearling, with a silver foil effect was superb in every way. Style,colour/shade,quality/fit and length (which needed adjusting).

The jacket itself is very nice, but it is to big and does not fit well on me. Can you please get back to me on the return options you offer.

There is no problem if you would like a refund or exchange for another Rusticskins garment.
If you would like a Refund there is no problem.
I understand it may take longer than 7 days to return the Jacket from the US,
If you could post it with a Tracking number or that I have to sign for it on its return, so it does not go missing in Transit.
I will then place the credit back on your card.

I loved it! I have to say, it is the first time that I wear a toscana jacket without feeling myself old! Every place you go they look the same! Faux, real they have always the same cut! Yours look sexier, has a more flattering shape. I am looking foward to be able to wear it (although I do not miss winter!).

Thre coat has arrived and June is very pleased with it. It has arrived at the right time, although not as cold as where you are, but us southerners feel it a lot more.
As for the buttons June has arranged to visit a tailor to have put on in the correct position.
The size was spot on. The colour is a liitle bit darker as you mentioned but it is a lovely coat.
Thank you for your help and personal contact. Sadly this type of item you only buy once
so unless you can in the future send and tempt me a nice coat for myself I will wish you a merry chrismas and a happy new year and all the best for the future.

My black shearling coat arrived safely yesterday via ParcelForce, thank you very much.

I'm delighted with the softness and comfort of the coat, and am sure to get plenty of good use out of it, particularly if it's due to be freezing and snowy again next week. It's also a perfect fit, and spent a couple of hours last night sewing the buttons on.
